The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. Self-check-in was convenient, and the location was good. I also appreciated being allowed to check out at noon without any additional charge.
The entrance was extremely difficult to find due to inadequate signage, and I spent approximately 15 minutes looking for it. Breakfast was below average, with a very limited selection, and the room felt slightly cold. Considering the basic facilities and breakfast, I found the accommodation somewhat overpriced.

The location is great, just next to the old town part of Zagreb. Close to the tram stop too.
Advertised as a hotel, but more of a place left a bit to its own! Had asked if we could leave some food in the lobby fridge, were given the go ahead, only to find the food gone once we returned in the afternoon.
