Good location, staff friendly and responsive. On arrival, the AC in our room didn’t work well, so I messaged through Booking.com, and they promptly came to check. They couldn’t fix the problem on the spot, so they moved us to another room, where the AC worked fine. Breakfast was okay — not a wide variety, but perfectly fine.
Oddly, there beds are unusually high… Parking was problematic — we went to the parking garage suggested by the hotel (~400 m away) where the price is supposed to be around €13 for 24 h. What we didn’t realize is that you need to go to a small office between the 1st and 2nd (underground) floors to pay for the 24 h ticket within 10 minutes of getting the ticket — otherwise you have to pay the hourly rate… We went to the office the next morning upon our departure (around 17 h after parking) but they didn’t agree to let us pay the 24-h rate, and we ended up having to pay over €20…

Good location, easy access & nice room

The location is great, just next to the old town part of Zagreb. Close to the tram stop too.
Advertised as a hotel, but more of a place left a bit to its own! Had asked if we could leave some food in the lobby fridge, were given the go ahead, only to find the food gone once we returned in the afternoon.
