Great location; kind and efficient staff; willingness to do a wine tasting so that we could decide what to order; breakfast had the best ricotta that I ever tasted; Letizia was charming to work with and was always accommodating. She also spoke great English.
Nothing except I would have loved to see the vineyards, fruit trees and olive groves. I went to this location because it seemed that it was a working farm with fruit trees, vineyards and olive groves. There were none of these in proximity to where the sleeping rooms and the breakfast room.

Contact with Letizia was perfect, very close to local attractions and beautiful small towns. I highly recommend this place.
The only thing I missed in the room were drinking glasses or a small kettle to make tea or coffee.

Spokojna, cicha lokalizacja - byliśmy w obiekcie sami. Bardzo miła, sympatyczna i pomocna gospodyni. Śniadania na miejscu. Możliwość zakupu lokalnych produktów - oliwy i wina. Wygodne, zadaszone miejsce parkingowe. Niedaleko miasteczko - Montemerano, gdzie można było dojść spacerem w ciągu 10 min. Blisko świetna restauracja La Cascia z doskonałym jedzeniem.
Niezbyt duży pokój, słabo doświetlony - lubimy jasne pomieszczenia. Śniadania monotonne - co dzień ten sam zestaw. Nie jesteśmy zbyt wymagający ale w przypadku agroturystyki, liczyliśmy na lokalne produkty (wędliny, sery) lub dodatki (oliwki, pomidory, sałata itp), choćby tylko do popróbowania. Na pewno byłoby ciekawiej.
