Great location, easy access, great views.

We really liked the location, easy to get to some of the ski areas near by. Very easy to accesses the Express Way to travel further away. very easy to go to the nearest shopping centre. The Onsen was wonderful. the view from our room over the lake and view on the mountains was great, especially the view of Mt Iwate.

We would like a microwave in the room.

Scams! The worst hotel ever lived in Japan!

Nothing

I have stayed in over 200 different hotels in Japan in the past decade. Almost all were good. This is the worst and most dishonest! I booked and paid a lake view room with extra money a few months ago. Arriving within required check in time 1600 - 1800, I was assigned the worst room of the hotel on the ground floor with a car park view. I told the hotel owner that my room should have a lake view. He just said sorry and said that the whole hotel was full. I asked for compensation or refund as my room was downgraded but he ignored me. Also the onsen is super tiny. It is probably good for a maximum of 2 people. During my stay, it was always full of 5 or 6 day trippers who had bought long term cheap coupons so it was not usable. The room is old and cold at night. The shower room is not usable as there is no shower head in the shower tube; no shampoo or body wash. The car park was always full as there are too many onsen day trippers.

A hidden Gem in Tsunagi Onsen

Room is very wide and have a nice view. There is an onsen on site too! Shared toilet is clean. There is an option for breakfast.lots of foot onsen around and a nice view. Buses are not frequent, just be careful if you want to travel around.

趣ある建物で古さを感じたが、清潔であったため落ち着くことができた。目の前が湖で眺望もよく、部屋の広さも十分でグッド。硫黄臭の強いお風呂が心地よかった。

最新設備とかそう言ったものはない。

期待以上に硫黄の香りが強く湯の鮮度も良く素晴らしい湯だった。

日帰り客が多く、ゆっくり入れなかった。宿泊客が少なく、清掃に力を入れたいので入浴時間が21時までにして欲しいと言われた。値段が値段だけにしょうが無いかな
