About this condo rental

Located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, this lovely condo for $57 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people: it consists of lounge, fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking utensils), a double bedroom one comfortable sofa bed and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi, all with maximum comfort and quality. The apartment has everything you need for maximum capacity, private television and Internet signal, first aid box and cleaning utensils. Free wi-fi in all the area of the house. Conveniently located next to the beaches of Las Canteras and Alcaravaneras, on a residential street near the Central Market, the bus station (Galicia,Mercado Central) and two minutes from El Corte Inglés (most important shopping center in Las Palmas). It is a very quiet comfortable apartment, It is furnished simply but with style. The apartment is on the ground floor of a three floors building. It is very well located in a quiet street very close to all services. All the guests have access to the solarium on the top floor shared with the other guests of the house for have breakfast, for read a book or work or simply to enjoy the warm sun of the tropics. As this apartment is at the city center, which is very comfortable to do everything walking, it has a little difficult for parking a car; we recommend to advise us, so we can reserve you a place in the parking near the house. I like that the guests feel like at home, I will do everything possible to make your stay pleasant; I will be available to provide any tourist information, as places to visit, cultural events, restaurants, etc. The service will include wi-fi, bed linen and bath towels. Available transfer service from the airport.

We really enjoyed our time in Giuliano's little house. The terrace on the roof is amazing, especially in the morning and evening for a drink; the accomodation is perfectly equipped, we didn't miss anything and the bathroom is just impressive; we were ideally located in a living but not noisy area, close from Playa Las Canteras and its waves for some great surfing and the harbor on the other side; and last but not least, Giuliano and his partner have been really kind and helpful. Can't wait to come back, such a shame it's so far away from Belgium.

The apartment is perfect for 2 persons or 3 if you like to sleep cosy in a double bed. The sofa-bed in the living room is very comfortable. Superb terrace that you share with other guests, but when we went up, we had the terrace to ourselves. Owners are very friendly and helpful, giving us a map and all information about buses and sightseeing upon arrival. The kitchen is fully-equiped and has all necessary utensils, spices and cooking material.
