Looking forward to ski season!!!

Great views for Oktoberfest! Rooms were spacious.

TV would not work. Pool and hot tubs were shutdown. The shuttle does not actually take you to sugar mountain, only your car. Don’t misread

If it had not been for the view we would not have stayed.

unit was dirty, had toilet that kept running, to much junk in closets and drawers so we could not unpack our luggage, unit needing up dating

Exceptional

The view was amazing! Very beautiful, the room was absolutely gorgeous, it had everything you need

The bathrooms were not very clean, there were hairs in the corners of the bathtub and dust, the toilet had some stains inside, and one of the toilets did not work, I think the water tank was broken because when I flushed the toilet no water came out. The front desk staff was not friendly at all, they didn't even say good morning to us when we left in the morning, perhaps because we were the only Hispanics in the hotel😅, but regarding the hotel room, the location, the comfort of the room and the view, everything it was excellent

The rooms were dirty and the first room before they relocate us to another room the toilet , microwave didn't work and wasnt cleaned and had splattered food in it. The beds didn't have all the skirting on them to make it look cheap. Floors were fility. The second room dishes were in cabinet that were put away dirty. It did have some extra things in kitchen like salt pepper, oil , foil, sugar.

Good

I loved the size, layout, views of the condo.

The shower drains were clogged so it wouldn’t drain and I’d be stand in water throughout my shower.

Upon checking we noticed some issues but Gabe kindly resolve it. We appreciate it.

Nice view, everything is adequate, shuttle was quick. Not too hot in the middle of summer with the fans running.

It was horrible and we had to leave early and still no response from the hostess.

The view....that is it.

Dirty showers with red mud in them and trash and dirty clothes under the beds. We checked out a day early. Sent a video to the hostess and have not heard a word back. The patio was in the living room when we checked in.

No breakfast

Power being cut off at midnight for 6 hours on last night of our stay. We left and came back home. Never return again.

I enjoyed my stay but more importantly my lady was very satisfied with our weekend get away.

The cleanliness was highly appreciated. The quiet surroundings helped set a relaxing environment. The views from being 5100+ feet high didn't get old. Sunrise, midday and evening provided great photo opps.

I didn't like that I didn't book the room for longer than I did.

That there where no black out curtains on the windows in the bedrooms and the sun came right into the room to early.

Loved Sugar Mountain but wouldn't stay at Sugar Top again

We loved Sugar Mountain and the surrounding area, the place is fantastic, but I wouldn't stay at Sugar Top again.

The administration makes you park in a far-away parking lot, and then take a shuttle to get to the building. Only owners are allowed to park in the building. This is pretty annoying considering you carry too much stuff when going to ski. This repeats every time you go in/ go out. This is the reason I wouldn't stay at Sugar Top again. The guard at the gate was very rude. He wouldn't even talk to us to answer our questions. The bedcover and pillow from the main bedroom had a red stain. The guest bedroom closet's door was broken.
