Bluegreen Vacations Blue Ridge Village, an Ascend Collection Resort

This is a very beautiful location with good accommodations, friendly staff, and resources to help us plan our escape. We loved walking around the pond area and picnicking by it. The room was comfortable and cozy. I'm glad we could adjust temperatures.

Someone moved into the apartment above us and was super loud, stomping around in late hours. It was a little strange that they did not stagger the tenants a little more when it didn't seem too busy this past week. I feel like there was room to have everyone separated for a more private experience. We also couldn't figure out the tub for a while. I feel like some instructions on how to work it, with the jets and water temperature control, would have gone a long way to make our vacation amazing.

We loved the location and the decor. Very close to everything we needed. The staff were very helpful. We plan to stay there again.

Can’t think of anything that was not to our liking. The bathroom was a bit small, but functional.

The property was nice overall and in a good location. The outside/common areas were well maintained and beautiful. The check-in staff were very nice and accommodating.

The room felt a bit outdated and not very well maintained. We wanted to open windows since the weather was cool, but found we couldn’t open one and the other did not have a screen.

I liked the size of the room.

I did not like the fact that the place was mostly empty but a rental was booked above us and they were very noisy at 6am, 7am
