Friendly helpful Staff, beautiful facility

The Booking.com Experience- property never received my request for an early check in so we waited in lobby 90 minutes. Property never received my request for pets staying g with me so room charge was $150 MORE than Booking.com told me it would be. Breakfast was disappointing- very restricted menu - no yogurt no juice, no cereal included (available for an additional charge ABOVE the included breakfast we had booked), coffee was meh. Property is next door to several dining options which would have been better for breakfast.
