Amazing Home! Gorgeous Lake View with private and community Pools!
About this house rental
Nestled in Branson, this lovely house for $556 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This fabulous home overlooks Table Rock Lake with gorgeous views of the lake and Ozark Mountains from inside and outside the home. The private pool will open 5/15/2024. Photos will be posted in April. You will want to play and relax by the community's shared infinity pool (shared between our very small subdivision), which is just a short walk from the house. Our home is part of an HOA; please note that the shared pool is NOT heated and is usually open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. There are a series of small water features that feed into a larger infinity pool (NO hot tub). You can see our home from the dusk photo taken from the pool. We provide pool floats and toys and a large seating area around the pool. Due to the unpredictable Missouri weather and rain/snow, the pool may be unavailable during part of your stay. Discounts will not be given due to unforeseen weather-related pool closures. This newer home has so many amenities to offer. Enjoy each bedroom and bathroom with its own stylish and unique design. There are newer beds, furniture, and accessories throughout the home. There is a jetted tub in the upstairs bedroom. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds and another room has a loft, which is a hit with the kids. The space in the living room, dining room, and kitchen is very open and has beautiful views of the lake. The main floor has the master bedroom along with two other bedrooms. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a family room, and a theater room with a 65” TV, equipped with surround sound. The home is equipped with air hockey, a full size arcade game, movie rooms, and lots of family games. You have two decks to enjoy dinner or just relax and watch the sunset – one deck for each level of the home. A gas BBQ is on-site for outdoor cooking and grilling. Please Note (as of 2023): Other homes in our neighborhood are now being built. There may be construction going on during working hours. COVID-19 Safety Measures: Your safety is our #1 priority. The following measures have been put into place to ensure safety in dealing with the current pandemic: - Home is professionally cleaned after each stay - All bedding, sheets, etc. are taken off-site and are professionally cleaned after each stay - High frequency touch surfaces are disinfected - Blankets are placed in plastic bags to indicate they have been cleaned/washed - All surfaces, floors, and handles are wiped down and sanitized after each stay About Branson, MO: We are located about 5 minutes from the middle of the Branson “strip” so that you have easy/quick access to all of the shows, entertainment (go-karts, bumper boats), outlet malls and restaurants. We're only about 8 minutes from the iconic Silver Dollar City, which you will certainly want to visit during your stay. We are just one mile from Moonshine Beach which has a beautiful/clean beach & large roped-in area for swimmers nestled in a quiet cove. It also has picnic shelters and a kid’s play area with jungle gym & slides. Rental of large umbrellas and kayaks are also available. State Park Marina is just 5 miles down the road. You can launch your boat at either Moonshine Beach or State Park Marina. Our driveway is long, with a 2-car garage, so there is space to park your boat and vehicles. Branson was voted the #1 Tourism destination in the entire Midwest. Silver Dollar City was also voted the #1 Theme Park in the WORLD by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions. Branson, Missouri is known today as the “live music capital of the world” and it has a rich history dating back to its first days in the 1800's. Starting out as just a small store at a riverboat stop, the city now boasts over 45 theaters with 60,000 theater seats, over 70 live theater shows, over 200 lodging facilities with over 23,000 lodging rooms, 5,000 camping spaces, over 350 restaurants, three lakes, 9 golf courses, over 200 retail outlet stores, numerous attractions, caves to explore and year-round activities and entertainment. This house had it all: amazing views perfect for watching sunsets, modern updates with beautiful decor, and plenty of space for our large party. This was one of two houses with access to the "neighborhood" pool thus far (houses in development), but we had it to ourselves during our stay. I loved how it was more than your average rectangular pool. The location was convenient but still felt like a getaway. We loved it!

This home was absolutely perfect! Everything was so nice, clean and so pretty. And if the house itself isnt enough, the views of Table Rock Lake are breath taking!

House was beautiful and we had lots of room to spread out with our group. Beautiful view of the lake. Everything was as expected and promised. What few questions we had were answered quickly. Community pool was clean and not crowded. Would come back here again.

Great place, was quiet and out of the way. About 10 minute to the strip and 20 minutes to the landing area. Nice view off the deck. Kitchen appointed well as the girls all did a little Christmas baking each day before our daily adventures. Property managers were terrific to deal with and quick to answer questions.

Overall a great experience. Property was very clean. Kitchen had nice amenities. When the private pool is finished it will be really nice. Close to downtown Branson.

The house was beautifully decorated and well laid out with plenty of room. However the bathrooms need some work. There were no shelves in the showers to put soap, shampoo, etc on. Had to put it on the shower floor.🤢 The showers needed a good scrubbing. No hand rail in the shower to hold on to . Needs a curtain or blinds on the front door and kitchen window. Front door was hard to close. The sheets were stained on two of the beds. We took them off and washed them before sleeping on them. Tripped over the rug on the main floor because the corner of the rug was curled up. Had a beautiful view of the lake and neighborhood was quiet. The beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful view of the lake and lots of room to spread out. Large family enjoying our time in Branson. Close enough to all we wanted to do and not crowded from the strip. Furniture was comfortable and the whole place was great.

Great House and Location
This was a perfect house for two families to gather in! We had a lot of room to spread out, comfy beds, and fun games for the kids. It was also centrally located to everything you need to get to in Branson.

House needed towels, dish towels and dish cloths, there was nothing to use to cleanup the kitchen. The games were all missing pieces, we bought a deck of cards and left them there so that there was one complete game.

It is picked up on Friday morning, the morning we left..it was full of the previous tenent's trash, so next tenent will not have any room for trash until the next Friday. We stored ours in the garage, and filled the bins after the trash was picked up. not good! Several lights were burned out, batteries needed replacing in tv remotes to function. In the master bathroom, the right sink was clogged, so unusable. The beds were comfortable; sound system in basement fun for the teens' video games.

The house is everything the listing boasts of. Very clean, upscale, well-stocked kitchen items. The downstairs was so fun, great media room. Lots of construction in the area but besides that, beautiful view of the lake!
