About this house rental
Situated in Branson, this lovely house for $876 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Pool opens for the 2024 summer season May 8! This is a large and beautiful lake home up on a ridge overlooking Table Rock Lake. You will love the large open floor plan with plenty of room for everyone. Perfect for large family gatherings or for several families vacationing together. The private in-ground pool is just out the back door with a large patio/pool deck with lounge chairs, a patio table & chairs for eating outside or relaxing. The pool is not heated and is a seasonal pool that is typically open from early-May through September. We love the amazing view of the lake, wide open, spacious floor plan, the in-ground pool, the screened-in porch with fireplace, the high ceilings, the covered porch & sundeck, the quiet secluded area, and the proximity to all of the Branson attractions. We know you will love all of the same features we love about this house. We are located about 5 minutes from the middle of the Branson 'strip' so that you have easy/quick access to all of the shows, entertainment (go-karts, bumper boats) outlet malls and restaurants. We're only about 8 minutes from the iconic Silver Dollar City, which you will certainly want to visit during your stay. Just one mile from Moonshine Beach which has a beautiful/clean beach and large roped-in area for swimmers nestled in a quiet cove. It also has picnic shelters kids play area with a jungle gym & slides. Rental of large umbrellas and kayaks available. State Park Marina is just 5 miles down the road. You can launch your boat at either Moonshine Beach or State Park Marina. There is a very convenient spot to park your boat right next to the garage at the house. Branson was voted the #1 Tourism destination in the entire Midwest. Silver Dollar City was also voted the #1 Theme Park in the WORLD by the International Association of amusement parks and Attractions! Branson, Missouri is known today as the 'live music capital of the world', but it has a rich history dating back to its first days in the 1800s. Starting with a small store at a riverboat stop, the city now boasts over 45 theaters with 60,000 theater seats, over 70 live theater shows, over 200 lodging facilities with over 23,000 lodging rooms, 5,000 camping spaces, over 350 restaurants, three lakes, 9 golf courses, over 200 retail outlet stores, numerous attractions, caves to explore and year-round activities and entertainment. Come enjoy some fantastic Midwest entertainment! PRIVATE POOL! Need we say more? The pool is unheated and seasonal. We try to keep the pool open as long as the weather is good. The pool will open ear;ly-May for the season and usually stays open through the middle of October (opening and closing are weather dependent). You can lounge on the patio furniture or lounge chairs around the pool or on the upper sundeck while taking in the views of the lake. Relax to the sounds of birds chirping during the day or lounge out there at night and watch the vast sky full of stars. On cooler days/nights you can have a fire in the fireplace on the screened-in porch while overlooking the lake. Go ahead... roast some hotdogs and/or marshmallows in the fireplace! During the colder months, you have three options to enjoy a fire! Enjoy the indoor gas fireplace, the patio wood-burning fireplace, or the fire pit outside. We also have a gas grill, so you can cook up a feast for your crew! As of 2023, there is on going construction in the neighborhood behind the home. The heavy ground construction is complete.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is amazing, spacious, clean, easy, beautiful, comfortable. The views were wonderful! The temps in Branson during our stay were 90+ degrees a few days 100, so the pool was SO great! We spent almost our whole time out there with only a few trips to town for the activists there- we had all we needed at the house. Would 100% recommend this house for anyone’s next vacation! The property manager was very kind and quick to solve a microwave issue for us! We really appreciated the safety mechanisms on the doors to prevent little kids from wondering out by the pool as well! Thanks for opening your home to host families!

We really loved this house. The view is beautiful and the house had everything we needed. It was very, very noisy. There is a major construction project next door. When outside at the pool the front loader trucks are so loud you can hardly hear yourself talk. They are what appears to be clearing and crushing rock? On the inside, the noise is literally heard throughout the entire house. The outside pounding noise sounds like a washing machine unbalanced on the inside of the house. This is heard over the tv. It is non-stop from 8am-5,even 6pm M-F. Additionally, there is a house being built directly below the house and another house being worked on. We heard drills and saws and hammers all day. We found ourselves leaving often to find some peace and quiet and would have loved to have known about all the construction. The home however is great and view gorgeous. Manager was wonderful. Thank you for the stay. Would have ranked higher had it not been so loud and also understand this not being the fault of the owner.

Our family enjoy d their stay and was beyond our expectation. On the down side, we were short one bed for our 16th person. Found a mattress which laid on the floor. Water filter needs to be replaced.

The property manager is extremely responsive. Home is well appointed and excellent to entertain a large family. The new construction needs near the house to be noted as it does change the view but overall nice view of the lake and excellent view of surrounding area.

The pictures do not do this property justice. It is a beautiful home and spacious enough for everyone to have their privacy. Ample space to entertain the group. The kitchen is the most stocked I have ever seen in a rental. Any kitchen gadget you need is here. The host was fantastic. I cannot say enough great things. The house is gorgeous and the view of lake is nice. New construction blocks a little bit of the view but it is still pretty. Happy with everything and all the extras such as childrens books, games, pool toys, etc.

This was an ideal location to share a vacation with my family. I rented a home here to meet with my seven children and a couple who have spouses now. The pool was still warm even though it was September, and my special needs daughter especially enjoyed it. Plenty of space and great memories made.

Wonderful vacation home in Branson not far from the Branson Strip. Enjoyed the privacy and quietness of the back decks and pool area. House is on a cul-de-sac which makes the neighbors closer around drive, but was not a problem. Hostess was very helpful on any questions or issues we had and very quick with responses. Would love to have had her as a hostess at other places we have stayed. Enjoyed all the bedrooms having TV's except one King bedroom and all had a chair, nightstand with lamps & kleenexes. Bathrooms were all very nice, clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed the pool and deck area for relaxing and they do provide beach towels and double washer & dryer sets for washing swimsuits. Living room had nice big TV but furniture we found to be uncomfortable and was hard to get up out of because the seats sink down so low. Would recommend this home for families wanting a wonderful place to get away in Branson.

Quiet street, unfinished neighborhood (lots of construction, very steep hills)
Swam everyday! Good-size pool and accessories. Used double washer and dryer, complimentary beach towels. Enjoyed enclosed back porch and fire pit next to backyard.
Didn’t like the safety buzzer on back door by the kitchen — it is safety feature and cannot be circumvented.
Upstairs, kids loved the Wii and foosball table upstairs. Water pressure was weak, never ran out of hot water or had pressure issues elsewhere (except the filtered line at kitchen sink). No curtains upstairs, bright early morning sun shines in. The patio upstairs room is nice feature, although safety hazard for small children as it provides access to roof.
Main living room — two sofas and an HDMI cord. TVs in most bedrooms.
Comfortable furniture in living rooms, several dining tables w/ chairs. Mattresses on the beds were very comfortable, but several beds squeaked — lovers beware!
Super tall ceilings and doors. Had difficulty hearing each other, maybe because of the soaring ceilings and concrete floors. Upstairs was carpeted, had no sound issues.
Temperature and floor warmers appeared to be pre-set — was mostly fine temp except warm at night.
Large, well-stocked kitchen. No can openers worked. “Aisle” between the bar & counters were a tad crowded. Dishwasher was very quiet, seemed to work fine. Used complimentary dish detergent & soap pods.
Kids enjoyed the games, children’s books, & puzzles in the bunk bed room.
There were three trash carts & trash pick up early on Friday morning.
Coffee maker worked wonderfully, as did the Keurig, oven, & stovetop. There was a wide flat-bottomed skillet that we fell in love with & are now on the hunt for one to get ourselves. Extra-wide refrigerator & freezer in the kitchen & extra fridge in the garage were a lifesaver.
Kids really loved playing on the large rocks in the driveway — very cool feature!
Wonderful labeled, dimmable light-switches.
We did Silver Dollar City, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Fritz’s Adventure, the Titanic Museum, the go-kart place, the dinosaur mini golf, Branson Landing, Reza’s magic show, and several thrift stores. Price Chopper has great grocery selections. Big D’s BBQ is yum! If you’re looking to buy books (which we always are) head to Riley’s Treasures attic or the Taneyhills Community Library thrift store.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Nice having access to our own pool. The only thing that we found uncomfortable is the bedrooms on the Southwest side of the house and the kitchen area seemed much warmer than the rest of the house.

Property was perfect for a long weekend with 6 women. Plenty of room to spread out, a bedroom for everyone and an amazing kitchen layout for cooking and enjoying meals together. We had perfect warm winter weather and enjoyed afternoon walks at the lake and a day at Big Cedar Spa. Also, if you stay here do yourself a favor and get the pancakes at Billy Gails!
