New kitchen, all modern comforts. 2 blocks to coffee, antique shops, pubs and restaurants, gallery, theater, city parks with paths along the creek. The home is beautiful and our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the Oregon Garden light display, and there were many nice restaurants to eat at. I highly recommend this rental. The property manager/owner could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We made some great memories.

Everything was perfect before and during our stay. Laurie was very easy to communicate with, the accommodations were extremely comfortable and very elegantly decorated and the best stocked vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. What a wonderful location to have the whole family stay for our son’s wedding. Truly the perfect house for staying in lovely Silverton.

The house is exactly as listed in the description and as detailed by room, bath, and amenities. This house is perfect for a large group/family and is located directly adjacent (5 doors away) to the historic corridor of Silverton. Great restaurants, retail and services make this location perfect!
Laurie makes the process easy, has everything ready for you as you would hope, easy access to the house, check-in and checking out! This is one of the simplest of all VRBO’s we’ve stayed. Once we arrived she made it very easy to add the 7th room and extra bathroom. We booked this beautiful Victorian for our family to be close to our sons wedding and the entire stay was perfect; K-Cup coffee ready for us, large refrigerator, all appliances, and laundry items if needed. Central Air with multiple zones made it very comfortable for everyone, and you could turn off the AC and open the doors for a great cross breeze to enjoy. Then the dining room and hall open directly to a back covered patio with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the entire property.
We even had an incident and Laurie was very gracious, and that is extremely appreciated! We will certainly be back!

We live in Bend and came to Silverton for my daughter's wedding. This house was perfect for my wife and our extended family. Things we liked were:
- great location walking distance to downtown stores and restaurants
- nice quiet, relaxing and shaded patio outback
- separate bathrooms in each bedroom
- well stocked kitchen. I like to cook and this was one of the few houses that had a nice set of knives and a gas stove
- well stocked with consumables and extra refrigerator in the carriage house
- Oregon Garden nearby was a very nice place for a walk
Would definately stay here again if we visit Silverton!

The perfect house! So beautiful inside and out! And the best part, among many was bathrooms in each room, so perfect for families! Also, walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. But the very, very best part was Laura the owner who went above and beyond with all my questions and concerns…she felt like a friend and that’s not something you usually get in a rental house. I can’t thank her enough! We made some beautiful memories and this house will always hold a special place in our hearts ❤️

This home was perfect for accommodating our entire family for our daughter's wedding at a nearby venue. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed! We sat in the lovely gardens in the mornings and evenings, just perfect. Communication with the owner was top notch and this house, by far, is the best VRBO rental we've ever visited. We needed the place for 3 different families. It fit us perfectly, even when we needed the add on apartment last minute. Laurie had someone come right away. Her communication was amazing and when we left jewelry in the hall, she shipped it right out as well! We can’t wait to come back!

This place was perfect for our group of 8 to stay at & celebrate our son’s graduation. The home had a great dining area where we could gather for family meals & beautiful outdoor areas for relaxing. We even had a few deer visit us. I highly recommend this place!

We love this house and the way it is set up for guests! It is perfect! Clean and neat and was beautifully decorated for the holidays! Comfortable and cozy for all! We had our whole family(9 adults, 2 kids). Well stocked kitchen!
Silverton is a great little town as well. had fun walking and shopping. Food trucks and restaurants were also a plus.

We were here for my daughters wedding. A party of 8 ranging from 18 months to grandma and grandpa. The house is beautiful and it was extremely clean. It’s close to downtown so we were able to get our daily Starbucks fix. Two grocery stores are writhing walking distance and Salem was 20 minutes away. It was an incredible stay and I would recommend to anyone coming to Silverton

This is such a beautiful historic home full of charm. It was perfect for our family to stay and near everything downtown Silverton has to offer. Lots of amenities, beautiful garden, well stocked kitchen and each room with an en-suite. It was a beautiful place to stay that is close enough to visit Silver Falls. Great hosts too!

Our elderly parents were very comfortable on the main floor and our granddaughters (1 & 4) enjoyed a new place to explore and playing hide and seek! A great place for our family to gather together instead of being in multiple motel rooms! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.

Amazing property!
I was getting married the weekend we rented this place, needed a house my family could stay in that was close to the venue. It fit all of us comfortably and I was surprised at how stocked and ready to stay it was. Bathrooms had full shampoo and conditioner that were main brand!
The only complaints I had was the white room upstairs has a clothes hanger that is broken and falls off the wall easy. And the kitchen appliances were a little to high tech for us. Took me 5 minutes to figure out how to use the microwave and we never could figure out the coffee maker, they did have a Keurig handy so that ended up being ok.
We ended up taking photos at the house for my husband and I and they turned out fantastic, couldn’t have asked for a better more romantic place to get ready for mt wedding at

This lovely home surpassed our hope and expectations - and has now spoiled us for any future vacation rental experience elsewhere. This one sets the bar high! Everyone had their own bedroom with their own private bath (a plus for us 60+ adults!). The home is comfortably laid out so there were plenty of conversation areas for just a few people or the whole group. The kitchen was a dream as we prepared meals together. It truly was the best-stocked kitchen and had absolutely everything we needed. We prepared salads and sides to be taken to the wedding reception for 130 people and were able to comfortably do this in the kitchen. Thank you so much for making this home available. It was a gift to be able to stay there and create some wonderful memories.

Three couples enjoyed 5 nights in this wonderful, charming house. It fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed, the dining and living rooms were comfortable for a group. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. Each of the 5 bedrooms had its own appeal so it was difficult to pick between them. The grounds were delightful. Everything inside and out was well maintained. We simply could not have selected a better place for our Silverton getaway!
