Edward has a beautiful place with the best 5th floor view. We had everything we needed for a long weekend, and many extras….beach towels, beach chairs, water toys, coffee pods (though we bought our own). The kitchen was very well equipped, and we immediately felt at home. We were in town for a family wedding, and could see the tent on the beach from the balcony. The condo is in a great location on North Clearwater Beach, and was close to both the venue on Eldorado Ave, and the welcome reception at the Courtyard Marriott. The beach was lovely, the pool was clean and we had some delicious grouper at Frenchy’s Rockaway Grille. Parking was also a breeze with the assigned space and parking pass. I can’t think of a thing to critique! We will be back when back in the Clearwater area!

Excellent property very well appointed with amazing views of the gulf. Some minor faults in the interior, 3 out of 4 light shades were missing from the main bathroom vanity mirror, air conditioning didn’t work in the 2nd bedroom otherwise a stunning condo. The hosts communication was poor, we did not receive any check in details and had to ask VRBO to contact the host directly as they didn’t respond to us. Once inside we had an amazing time and would love to stay in this area again next year

The condo was amazing with spectacular views of the Gulf and unobstructed views of the sunset!! Once we figured out the codes necessary to get into everything we were good. Lol

The condo was very clean! Only thing I was not sure of was check out process and if anything needed to be done by us prior to leaving but overall we were very pleased with all of it! We met a few neighbors and they were all very nice as well.
