Guests can explore the medieval charm of Cortona, the wine towns of the Chianti, the Renaissance city of Montepulciano, or the UNESCO-protected landscape of the Val d’Orcia – unforgettable day trips in every direction.

The property consists of a former farmhouse and a converted barn, both built from natural stone and lovingly maintained. The spacious garden offers plenty of outdoor seating areas for dining or relaxing. A dedicated barbecue area, a fully fenced pool ideal for families with small children, a playground, table tennis, archery, and bicycles complete the amenities.



Each building is two storeys high and features fully equipped self-contained apartments. Inside, the atmosphere is warm and homely, with wooden-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, and a tasteful mix of antique and modern furnishings. The natural stone and old brick structure has been left exposed in places, lending the interiors a truly Tuscan character.
