Everything except the pillows 😉 The master bedroom and kitchen living area was incredible 😲

Very easy
The dishwasher did not work, if it did we could not get it to work. The beds had dust and black flecks of dirt in the sheets. The house was freezing. The little heaters that were available did not warm the place up much. Found the photos of the inside of the house on the website to make the house seem a lot bigger and more cosy than it actually was. We had to was a number of the dishes before use when we just arrived as they were not clean.
