The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. In 70 square meters of space it can comfortably accommodate 4 people, with two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Two bathrooms: the first with shower, bidet and toilet; a second with bidet washer and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a traditional oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, kitchen utensils and wine glasses. Two balconies. Equipped with air conditioning, television, iron, hair dryer and drying rack. SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit, of 100 euros, will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, subject to monitoring of the apartment. The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated based on the number of guests and the number of nights. All identity documents of the residents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law. The city tax of € 2 per person per day is not included in the rate and will be collected upon arrival, in cash.
