It is more an Airbnb style than a hotel. Clean, swimming pool, big apartment, brand new.
Arrived late and it was hard to found, as there are no signs in front of the property. No breakfast. Streets around looked like the moon, but manageable. A bit far from the main Tulum places, but close if you have a car.

The hotel very nice and peaceful throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and provided recommendations for local spots for food. We enjoyed having the little cookies provided daily after housekeeping. :)
Over all it was a good stay but the following recommendations may help to improve further guests stay.
- The floor type in the bathroom is slippery when wet therefore a shower mat will help to prevent accident.
- A TV in the room. All though not a deal breaker since we spend majority of our time outside the room, however it would be nice to have a TV to watch when we were in.

The staff is very kind.
The road near the hotel is unpaved. Full of pits and holes and bump. The tap is rusted. The water coming out the tap is salty. While the exterior of the hotel looks good, the interior renovation is cheap, simple and too basic. The wall is thin like a paper and it’s super noisy in the morning.
