Fully furnished and updated home with 2 car garage located on Pine Lakes Golf course. Tranquil atmosphere and sufficiently supplied for a relaxing, hassle free stay. Screened-in porch over looking the 3rd fairway. All 3 bedrooms are set up with brand new beds, bureaus and smart t.v.s. Situated between historic St. Augustine and Daytona. Flagler Beaches and Parks only 15 minutes away. Orlando Theme Parks 90 minutes. Short distance to restaurants, grocery, theater and shops. Home is located in a quiet area with all amenities including immaculate biking and walking trails. Providing all the comforts of home and more to assure a fabulous experience in beautiful sunny Florida.

We really enjoyed our stay — the house was clean, cozy, and well located. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the hot tub worked great after a long day.One small note: when we asked about towels, the property manager came by the next morning and helpfully showed us where to find them. However, when we asked if there were any basic toiletries like soap or shampoo or shower gel, his response was a abrupt - he told us to bring our own or go buy them at a store five miles away. It wasn’t a big issue, but it came across as a bit unfriendly.Overall, though, we had a nice time and appreciated the comfort and amenities of the home.

I stayed in four different places on this trip and this one had by far the best-stocked kitchen, with plenty of dishes, utensils, appliances, and even spices! Plenty of towels and other bathroom supplies as well, including a nice light tropical-scented air freshener that was great to dispel the slight mustiness you always get when a big house sits empty for any time at all. There is also plenty of space and all the furniture was comfortable.
Everything was very clean, including the huge bathtub off the master bedroom (and I don't usually trust bathtubs in rentals). Note that the hot tub takes two people to remove the cover, which means you can't really use it if you are staying alone, but with that nice bathtub I didn't even mind.
The house and neighborhood felt safe for me to stay in by myself. (People do golf out there pretty early in the morning so I would not want to eat breakfast on the porch in my pajamas, but why should I, when there are such comfortable chairs in the kitchen?) There are tons of parks in the area, but other than short walks around the neighborhood it's not really very walkable, you need to be able to drive to get to places. Alas, I did not see any ibises in the yard, but I saw them several times flying around the neighborhood!

The towels were not nice - a mismatched jumble of old towels that could use some fabric softener. The bath mats needed cleaning. Sprucing up the landscaping would really improve the ambience. Otherwise, it was roomy and comfortable.
