Situated in Ridgedale, this lovely cabin for $299 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. You’ll want to stay again! 50 gentle steps from the water! This large two-bedroom / two bath lake house has an amazing lake view and lake access with fun resort amenities. You can't stay any closer to the water than this! Amenities include a large oasis pool (open May 17 through Sept 30) and hot tub (open through Mid-October) steps from your door, and the lake only 100 FEET from your porch! This amazing property is a part of Happy Hollow Resort, voted Best of Branson in Lakefront Lodging 3 years in a row. Close to exciting Branson and Table Rock Lake activities: * Big Cedar Restaurants - 10 miles / 20 minutes * Thunder Ridge Nature Arena - 12 minutes! (8 miles) * Branson Landing & Branson Strip / Theatres - 20-30 minutes (19-25 miles) * Dogwood Canyon - 20 minutes (13 miles) * Top of the Rock Golf Course 10 miles & Payne's Valley Golf Course 18 miles * Silver Dollar City - 26 miles * Showboat Branson Belle - 18 miles Activities and amenities ON SITE include community fire pits, a lakefront picnic area, lakefront bench swings and grill by your cottage, as well as a 16-slip dock from which to swim and fish (equipped also with a fish cleaning station for your catch!) Get out ON the lake with a boat rental (rented on site at the guest office). Wake up to some of the most beautiful sunrises seen on the lake! Glider rockers on your porch, swings and hammocks throughout the grounds add to your relaxing getaway at the lake. This cabin lake house is located on very gentle sloping grounds making it an easy walk to the water. Its private master bedroom has a pillow top king bed and romantic in-room electric fireplace. The second lodge-like bedroom has 2 queen beds and a lakeview den area with queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has its own TV. Two full bathrooms - one full bath off the main room and a 2nd tile shower bathroom with sliding barn door entry from the master bedroom. The main room den has a 60-inch large flat screen TV with 200+ satellite channels and DVD player. From the den, walk out to your own deck with glider rockers and seating to enjoy the view. Make your own dinners in its gathering kitchen & table well-stocked with pots, pans & utensils. Full size refrigerator, stove, 12-cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, with cooking in or grilling out by the lake supplies. The cabin's easy access to I-65 makes the cabin/resort convenient to shopping and a night on the town, yet in a secluded peaceful setting. The Cozy Cottage sleeps 4-6 persons comfortably and can sleep 8 persons max with use of both sleeper sofas. Bring your own boat and rent for additional $17 per day or rent a boat from the resort office. Special summer/late summer discounts of $50-$100 off full day boat rentals. Choose from a deck boat, fishing pontoon or from two 200 HP sports pontoons, with discounts available through Oct 22nd! Please inquire about boat rental availability before you book, and we would be happy to reserve your selection/date upon booking, with an additional $200 deposit (added toward rental price). Boat rentals will require a signed rental agreement, driver's license and credit card to be presented at guest office, and state boater safety certificate shown if renter is born 1984 or after. Renter must return rented watercraft fueled to "full" by nearby marina next upon return for total deposit to be applied.* Additional onsite amenities include a playground, horseshoes, shuffleboard, volleyball & basketball courts AND hiking trail. Owners and staff are available to ensure you have a most pleasant stay! Your rental includes access to ALL resort amenities as described.

While our guys went to Deer Camp, we retreated to the Lake for a little Doe Camp. We probably saw more deer than our guys did! It was quiet and serene. We enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning even though it was chilly it was very tolerable since the cabin blocked the wind. The beds were comfy and the fireplace was amazing! All the pretty without the mess! I took pictures and now all of my girlfriends want to come back and do an even bigger Girls' weekend. The drive to Branson wasn't bad at all and we got to most places within 20-30 minutes. Check in was very friendly. I will definitely come back.

The cabin was very nice and comfortable and had everything we needed. About 30 min from Branson but beautiful view and lots to do at the cabin. Melissa was very friendly and helpful. Would love to come back!

We may have missed the memo but our cabin was actually attached to the office. The view directly out our back door was the boat ramp. If you look to the west we saw what was pictured in the VRBO ad. It was another cabins view. Other than that, it was great! Very clean. Friendly staff. Wonderful pool, hot tub, loved the electric faux fireplace. Felt a bit out of place because most of the other guests were fishermen with boats.

We needed a get away out of the city. Wanted something quiet and close to the water; but still close to Branson. This place was exactly what was needed! The property is great, with the water just down the sidewalk. There are grills available, picnic tables, fire pits, private boat ramp and docks (boat, fishing, a d swimming docks), and he porches all have comfortable wood rockers. There is a volly ball net, Hammock, and outdoor pool (in season). If you forgot something, it was a quick drive to the Twin Island Market where, while the shelves were not full, they had everything we had missed out on. The drive to town wasn't too bad, since it is just a few miles from HWY 65. If looking to get away, and wanting an place to be comfortable...this is it. We will be back. This has likely become our annual December get away.

We stayed here last minute and wish we could have stayed longer. Cabin was part of a cute little resort – RIGHT on the waterfront. It was also close to Branson Landing – an easy drive for us for dinner downtown. We felt like we had the best of bother worlds, the view and Branson entertainment. The cabin was spacious and even had a firepit outside we could enjoy. Very nicely decorated. We also enjoyed the colorful electric fireplace in the 2nd bedroom. Office/gift shop to check in was right on property. We met the owners in the office and they were very gracious. Will return!
