About this house rental
Situated in Ridgedale, this lovely house for $300 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to the Deep Forest Lodge in Branson Canyon. Our Lodge is sure to become the perfect home away from home for your large group. The large open main floor living space-kitchen, dining room, and living room- is sure to be one of the many spots your group will gather:). Cook in our fully stocked kitchen and then enjoy a dinner or game night at our large 12 person dining room table. We also have seating for another 4 people at the kitchen island. The great room has two leather couches to enjoy the stone fireplace and a 55 inch LCD TV. Just off the great room is a screened-in deck to eat meals or enjoy the scenic views. With even more space to spread out, a second open staircase takes you to the lower level where you will enter a recreation room and living room. It has comfortable seating with a 55 inch TV. Select free movies from Netflix and blue ray DVD player is available if you desire with many DVDs to choose from. There is also a counter height game table for your family to enjoy board games, puzzles, or card games with games for all age groups to play as well as an air hockey table for endless entertainment. One of the most amazing features of this property is the lower level outdoor space! Enjoy the 6 person hot tub, fire pit area with built in seating, and Weber grill. This is the perfect place for relaxation, smores, and great conversation! When it's time to rest, retreat to one the 6 bedrooms. The main level master suite has a king size bed with a bathroom that includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower, double sink vanity, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king size bed with a full bath. An open staircase leads to the upper level which has two bedrooms with king size beds. These two bedrooms share a full size bath. Two more bedrooms are located on the lower level. The first bedroom is a second master suite and has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a full bath. The other bedroom has bunk beds, twin/twin and twin/full with a full bath. While outside, venture to the trail, and explore the creek. Our lodge is located in beautiful Branson Canyon. Guests may use the community clubhouse which has a pool table, media room, exercise room, outdoor playground, outdoor zero entry pool and splash pad (open May-September). The Community Clubhouse may be rented for large family or other events. Just let us know and we will send you the details and connect you with the right people. This is a great place to create great memories year after year. *for you convenience PARKING for 2 cars designated directly in front of our home. Plenty of overflow parking throughout the Branson Canyon development. We usually park and carpool to the overflow. Rental agreement and ID required at time of booking. We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee -Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. -Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster -Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started. -Please start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest. -Please strip the bed of the sheets and put at the bottom of the bed if you have time. Do not remove mattress pads, decorative pillows, or shams. -Please leave the home picked up and games put away.

We had three families with children. There was plenty of room for all of us and was even able to not be on top of each other. The kids and adults loved the hot tub, as well!

My family and I absolutely LOVED this house. We have stayed at many rental houses over the years, and this one is one of the best! The house was easy to find, clean, the beds were very comfortable, the neighborhood is super quiet, but only about 10 minutes from the Branson strip. It was well stocked for cooking meals, and came with plenty of toiletries and towels. My kids loved the rec room in the lower level. The games were used nightly! Now I have to talk about the hot tub. This hot tub is magical! It is the best hot tub I have ever been in (and I work at fitness facilities that have professional hot tubs). We used it every night. I would book this house just for the hot tub alone lol! We loved our stay here, and we will book this house again when we come back to Branson!

This place was perfect for our group of 12 ladies coming for the Women of Joy conference. There was plenty of room to eat and visit together. The hot tub was a hit. The house was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed our time there and will definitely be booking again. Brenda was also wonderful to with with.

We had an excellent stay in Deep Forest Lodge. We had 8 adults and four children ages 6 and under. We were pleased to find a playpen and high chair provided for the baby. There were also a couple of bathtubs (not all showers) which is great for bathing the little ones.
This house is within 15-30 minutes of everything we wanted to do so the location was very convenient. The furnishings were comfortable and there were plenty of kitchen supplies. I was impressed with the amount of silverware!
Additionally, we were very happy to find enough water pressure in the showers (not at all like some rentals we’ve been in).
If I had any complaints it would be that the house is in a hilly neighborhood so there was no good place to set up our Baggo! Oh well, it was a small sacrifice for such a wonderful house. Two thumbs up!

When we arrive we had an issue with getting into the house, the code that was provided to me was incorrect when I finally got in contact with the owner she provided me with the correct code.Other than that problem we had an great stay.

Our group goes to Branson every year for a holiday weekend. This house and the owner far surpassed our expectations. Brenda was super friendly and easy to reach before, during and after our trip. Will definitely book with her again.

The house was beautiful and beautifully decorated. Very clean with ample accommodations. Beds were comfy. Loved the screened-in deck/porch for coffee in the morning and the hot tub area at night. No complaints! Went for a girls trip and none of us wanted to leave when it was over!

We enjoyed our time at the house playing games at the table, hanging out in the basement area, and the amazing hot tub! We definitely plan on booking with Brenda again. She was quick to respond with any questions we had and her property was extremely nice! The house had everything we needed, beds were very spacious, and it was well cleaned.

Very clean, roomy, and close to the lake
The house was great for our work team. We had a team trip with our spouses, and the Josie didn’t disappoint. Very clean, room for all of us, had all the amenities we needed for dinner and breakfast. Spacious, comfy, and only 10-15 minute drive to table rock Marina. Definitely a great place for friends and family to stay!

Polar Express Trip
We had three families with young kids staying in Branson for a trip on the Polar Express Train. The kids ranged in age from 3-12. This was a perfect home for all of our families. Well taken care of and clean. More than enough supplies to make it seem like a home away from home.
