It was clean and convenient, but very sterile atmosphere, no one speaks, it’s all Japanese people and I’m guessing that’s their culture.
I did not like the common area on the 6th floor it has lots of steps which I couldn’t see and the floor is all the same color, it didn’t feel safe to me. Mattress very thin and pillow hard but I still slept well.

I went there for the experience of a capsule hotel, and it met all my expectation. Very comfy for what it is, a great experience for 1-2 days but not recommended for long stay.

Stayed with my friend there and we were please with facilities and cleanliness. Good budget place to stay in Tokyo. Towels and pajamas included is a big plus.
Just can be a bit crowded in the morning in the sink&mirrors area but it’s not a big deal.
