眺望が抜群に良い部屋だつたので、パソコンで仕事をしながら、景色を見る事ができた。

In Japan, hotels are nearly equal when it comes to facilities, so the real competition is in the staff. I was genuinely impressed by the effort the team, especially the manager, made to get me a taxi at check-out. When the taxi they had called didn’t arrive within three minutes, they grew visibly anxious, and the manager stepped outside to look for it himself. He didn’t have to do that. He even opened the door for me. Five-star service! It was a stark contrast to the cold, unwelcoming attitude I encountered among hospitality workers in Tokyo.
