Really well furnished and new. Great washing availability and cool functioning airconditioning which really helped in the humid summer weather.
It is more than 2km walking distance to the kawaguchi station. Absolutely ok for younger healthy visitors. Unfortunately, with our elder parents, this was a little too much. The sight seeing bus also does not cover this area, so the nearest stop was about 1km away.

We can see the Mt. Fuji from the living room on the rain finally stopped temporarily. Although it tooks half an hour to walk to the station, but it's a quite nice area and very calm, when it's good weather, it can be a very pleasant walk.
When we arrived, we found it didn't seem like just cleaned but rather than an empty structure since some time. The washing machine was very dirty both outside and inside. Trash bin also with marks. Dust on the bed. There was no bathroom next to the bedroom. Honestly was expecting much better from the past comments and experiences with the other structures in Japan this time.
