King bed. - 1st Floor: Kitchen/Living/Dining. 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the main level, one with a Queen and one with a King bed, and 2 more full bathrooms. Porch and patio access. Queen sized floor mattress which can be used anywhere around the house. - Loft space: the 4th bedroom is an open style loft space just off the living room. 2 twin beds are located in this space The property boast a fully equipped kitchen so you can enjoy meals with the group. Tons of storage and closet space with a dedicated hallway of "lockers" for the entire group. The marina is just around the corner, and there's daily/weekly boats/docks available for rent. It's a wonderful property for families and groups to share unforgettable memories together.

8 of us stayed here for my bachelorette party and it truly was the perfect spot. There was plenty of space for all of us to hang out and sleep comfortably. We were able to walk down to the lake with our floats and check out the view of the lake from the house. Everything was extremely clean (normally I’m a little neurotic about renting) and this place was sparkling. The only negative was the fact that we had to leave hah seriously this place is great

There are really only 2 bedrooms. The other two are an open loft over the family room and a mostly finished ( but still has exposed insulation) basement. Otherwise it’s a lovely house and a lovely property. Fully screened in porch was a favorite and the patio was a great spot too.

The house was very clean and nicely decorated! The owners thought of everything as far as amenities. It was nice that each bathroom had hand soap, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. We enjoyed the large patio and fire pit. The bedrooms were spread out. There was a large living room and screened in porch. You could see the lake a bit from the porch and some other rooms. The basement was great as a separate hangout area. The dining room was large and we could all fit easily for meals. It was nice having a laundry room. There is a short trail that leads to the lake. It is very close to Pine Crest Marina which has boat rentals if needed.

Time to rest but my hus and was still able to answer enough work emails that he could keep from being bombarded when he went back to work. Lots of room. Loved the very large capacity washer and dryer. I wasn't going to do laundry on vacation but couldn't resist being able to do so much in one load. Loved the out door space and used the fire pit 3 times. We had a wonderful time

We enjoyed our stay at Jason and Bay’s beautiful House. Jason was quick to answer every question both before and during check-in. The house was much bigger than we expected. Each Queen or King bedroom had its own bathroom and they were spread out so everyone had privacy. The screened-in porch, big dining room and living room were great too but the best area was the big patio with the fire pit. Lots of fun to sit at night and relax. This house had everything you could as k for. We were 3 couples and all agreed that we will go back!
