Lovely characterful property tucked down a quiet lane with easy access to Convention Centre , Niman and Old City. Staff were lovely and friendly and parking was available off street.

I was always welcomed upon my arrival or departure. I had a flat tire, and the owner helped me immediately. I was given the option to wash my clothes and enjoyed how quiet it was most of the time.

ห้องกว้างมาก ห้องน้ำสวยน่าจะเป็นเพราะใช้กระเบื้องดีเลยดูแพง แอร์เย็น ค่อนข้างเงียบ
เสียดายไม่มีอาหารเช้า, เป็น รร เล็กๆ เลยไม่มีลิฟต์, ขวดสบู่แชมพู แก้วในห้องน้ำใช้แล้วกลัวทำแตกมาก

The room was good sized, clean, and nice. The hotel was cute. The bed was comfortable, by Thai standards. The staff were nice. I was able to rent a motorbike from the hotel. The hotel was on a side street.
The feeling of outdoor views from the room window isn't like the view in our room. The view is of other buildings. While the hotel is outside of the busiest downtown area, all of Chiang Mai is busy, with a lot of traffic. There's no soap provided in the room. It's easy to buy soap, but still.... There are many lights and many light switches in the room, but the light over the mirror in the bathroom did not work. I had to go on the porch to shave. To be fair, I did not tell them about the light being out until I checked out, but still... wouldn't housekeeping report it?
