The room was nice but unfortunately located in a poorly maintained building.

the View

Inconvenient to do an inventory on the room and personal property left for use. There was a gap in the front door, and the balcony door did not latch so both doors were constantly banging. There was a very loud humming noise coming from the top of the building. The elevator in the parking garage was broken and the staff was rude when trying to inform them.

It was a very memorable vacation and would come back to the place.

I loved the view from our room. the kitchen sink was fabulous. the three spa tubs gave space not to be overcrowded. I liked the two pools on different sides to keep apart the space. the direct access to the beach.

There was no vending machines on any floors that is saw other than the ground. No I’ve machines that I saw. stairs should be an Option that isn’t emergency only.

The room was amazing I loved it! Coming for another visit for Labor Day!

I love that I could wake up and look at the ocean. It was so beautiful.

I didn’t like the sheets. There were black marks on some of the ones underneath like that haven’t been changed. Good thing we brought our own sheets. Also the extra blanket we found in the bottom drawer it had someone’s hair on it so we didn’t use it.

I had a great time at the resort. I just wish I could have stayed longer.

The property is located on the beach with great views.

My stay was perfect other than the dust(I have allergies) and the floors.

The property sits right on the beach.

The room was dusty and the floors although they had been swept did not look like it had been mopped.

I will come again the only thing is that is was hair in the bathroom but I will still stay I enjoyed myself

Hilton 3 Night Trip

The hotel was clean. The food was good. Most employees were pleasant. We had everything we needed. We did enjoy our stay.

A couple staff members were short with us, such as the restaurant hostess in the morning and the desk clerk didn't have a smile as we were checking in. We expected more from this hotel though. We've stayed at other Hiltons that were much nicer.

Ok but for $300 for one night with deposit absolutely not worth it

The pool and hot tub

Front desk is rude no help from them At all. Dirty sheets in bed can tell haven’t been changed in a while on pull out. Nothing wiped down dirty. We have 3 people gave us one towel. Front desk is Closed after 12 so couldn’t get clean sheets and no blanket for pull out. Rude staff

WONDERFUL

I’ve stayed at The Palace Resorts before but this time my trip was even better than the last time. . It was very peaceful and relaxing. Thank you so much for the stay.
