Very clean and nice apartment, big one too. Great for a business trip.
The hot water didn't work the second day, but I got a partial refund instantly from the company, so it was fine.

We had a wonderful stay at Newton Boutique Hotel Residences. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and very pleasant for our family. What made our experience even more special was the kindness and hospitality of Madeleine and the entire Newton Team.
They were incredibly helpful, responsive and always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Communication was excellent, and we genuinely felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Madeleine for the warmth, kindness and professionalism throughout our stay, it truly made a difference. ❤️

Light from the windows

Checking in was convenient, getting to the location was easy enough. Close to the bus stop which is quite handy.
The accommodation was not worth the price I paid for it. Not sure if they jacked up the prices because of the BTS concert that was happening that time but that definitely was not worth 2kAUD for 3 nights. They did not provide any electric fan or any cooling device when there was a heatwave at that time. We had to open up the windows to let some air in, which led to to street noise being heard. The toilet was not that clean either.
