Very close to Schuman metro station. Cafes and restaurants were nearby; there were also quite a few shops and supermarkets around. We enjoyed visiting the tea shop and the chocolate shop nearby! Staff were very friendly, and the room was what we needed, with a spacious bathroom! Very comfy bed.

Hotel well connected with the public transport (train station about 3 min by walk), so it won't matter that is a bit out of the centre. Staff very friendly. Hotel room very well equipped. Rooms clean, very nice bathroom and beds pretty comfy. Highly recommended and I am sure I'd like to come back there one day!
We happened to visit Brussels when it was super hot outside and AC in our room wasn't working, which affected us a little bit but, we stayed only one night so it wasn't like super big deal. Also the fact of the deposit which is understandable but information about that could be much more visible and clear because it was a surprise for us.

The hotel is nicely located close to the city centre. It was possible to book a room on a short notice.
With the heat, it was an issue the airco was not functioning. Also the showers and the windows of the hsower were not working optimally.
