The neighborhood where the house is located is beautiful. The house is two blocks from the beach; we watched the sunrise from the beach east of 6th Street Park three times during our stay.

Anders is a great host. A very comfortable house with a number of freebies provided by him. I really don't think one could ask for a more hospitable host and accomodation. Parking provided.
If you have a vehicle, the following would not be a problem: some people might find a minor downside with the location. All depending upon the weather, a bit far from points in the winter when walking. The rest of the year, this would not be a problem.
