お客ラウンジなどサービスが良かった。
朝、仁淀川沿いをランニングして、温泉に入って気持ち良かった。
レストランの窓に虫がいっぱい付いていて、せっかくの景色が台無しだった

夕食の予約時間の電話をしたところ、親切に対応してくれた点。
２泊目のタオル交換とともにお菓子も置いてくれた点。
ラウンジが充実してた点
温泉のお湯に虫がいっぱいだった。
客室の窓にもたくさん虫がついていたため、スプレーなどをおいて欲しい。
おきゃくラウンジの解放時間をもっと長くして欲しい。
ラウンジでの飲み物を客室に持ってきたい。
