The holiday home, built in 1994 and renovated in 2019, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a lively area, in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular due to its view of the sea from the property and its sunny location at the edge of the forest. This holiday property is a family-friendly, historical, and romantic accommodation. Available for shared use: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, and Hollywood swing.

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance leads over an external stair and a 6 sqm balcony directly in the kitchen living with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Eat-in kitchen as intersecting room, 24 sqm and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the balcony (together with eat-in kitchen). Bedroom 8 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bedroom 17 sqm and with 1 double bed, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 1 persons. You have access to the balcony (together with living room / bedroom). American kitchen in the living room as intersecting room, 2 sqm and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), electric cooker, oven, refrigerator (230 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The house is located within the Athena Resort holiday village in Ragusa. The holiday village is a partner of Alpitour, Lookéa Club, OTA Viaggi and Orange Club and is normally operational from April to September.
Those who spend their holidays in our private holiday homes can enjoy all the services that only an international tourist resort can offer (access to the private beach equipped with a bar, umbrellas and sun loungers, shuttle service to the private beach, access to the Olympic-size swimming pool equipped with a bar, umbrellas and sun loungers, access to and use of a small gym, access to and use of the mini club, daytime entertainment on the beach and by the pool, as well as evening shows in the amphitheatre with music and group dances), all depending on the season and the organisation of the holiday village. We therefore recommend that you check before booking which activities are available during the period you are interested in. All year round, even when no tourist or commercial activities take place in the village (from October to March), there are always 2 outdoor playgrounds for children, 5 tennis courts, 2 football pitches and equipment for outdoor training.

The first town is 5 km away (Scoglitti), therefore a car is necessary to get there.
