Location is solid, quick walk to the centre and one of the main tram lines. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was what you expect from a budget hotel, clean with all the basics and thankfully effective AC as there was a heatwave.
The only annoyance was being sent an email and message by the hotel chain inviting me (I declined) to hand over information for faster booking when (1) booking.com has this information (2) I already paid (3) it would hardly have been possible for the hotel to check me in any faster (I did not respond to the message). I taught cybersecurity and this is very suspect practice as communications can be faked.

Second visit to this fantastic hotel. Very clean throughout the property. Staff very welcoming and informative. Breakfast very good with eating area spotless.
