I did not have a lots of time to spend in Copenhagen. That's why I decided to stay in the airport to be in time and illuminate a stress level. The location is very strategic and conveniently connected with the terminal. I love it. The view from ninth floor was amazing, especially, with descending airplanes. The clean room with very minimalist Danish approach, which probably very common was added to my journey experience . The restaurant had varieties of delicious main course meals, featuring options like beef, seafood, and chicken along with vegetarian dishes.
One thing that was missing for me, may be this only for me, the senses of cozy home - hygge, Danes have a specific term for this domestic focus. Even though, it was still hotel, I wanted to have a little corner with a tea pot to have a tea time before my flight back home under cozy lamp. The cozy or "hjemme hygee" was relocated on the main floor along with reception. It was very cozy place with corner of sofa with cushions, soft lighting, low level illumination from the table lamps, and shelves with books. I poured a hot water to my plastic cup, but I already knew that by the time I drop my tea bag that my tea will be warm... so this detail of " hjemme hygge" to have a little bar with tea bags are missing. On the other side, I try to understand business- mind approach, in terms of busy passengers who are planning to stay in this hotel no more than 2 days, may be there is no need to offer them a cultural concept of "hygge?" So, I missed it.

Really liked the overall facility, proximity to CPH airport (super convenient), and friendly staff. The room wasn't huge, but sufficient, with enough room to work for some critical tasks to be addressed. Although breakfast was crowded, there was plenty of options for seating, and lots of options of tasty food to suit most any appetite. Staff was on top of things to keep everything fresh and topped-off on an extremely busy day.
Room temperature really never got cool enough, even at the lowest setting for my tastes. Not looking for frigid, but cool. No way to get outside vent air to make up for it on a cool day. Room was sufficient but walkway between beds and wall cramped.

If prices were high: Food and beverage options at the property were a bit overpriced.
Soundproofing overall was decent.

Breakfast was really nice, lots to chose from. Staff, cleaning ladies, the staff at the restaurant were all super pleasant, kind and helpful. That's probably the strongest point during my visit.
The rooms could have bene cleaner, not in terms of the how well they were cleaned after the guests but the carpets, curtains etc, but that's always a thing in those types of hotels.
the fact that there's no kettle in the room is beyond my understanding. Regardless whether for my evening tea or my toddlers warm drink, people need kettles without need to go downstairs and bring hot water in paper cups! We were sent an email to order one (paid extra!), and we received info that no kettle is available.
