A good hotel in a great location with easy access to airport, central Copenhagen and road to Sweden.

A very convenient hotel for our stopover on the way to Sweden, with easy train access for an evening in central Copenhagen. Room large, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had excellent selection and started early. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tea facilities in the room.

Only herbal tea in the room. I’m British and like black tea with milk!

Friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate the special needs of our pet.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to allocate the most appropriate room for our pet (a young puppy). It made the stay less stressful than we’d expected. Thank you!

Bad experience, not as presented far walking from transportation

My Best Western Plus experience.

The quality of rooms and facilities. The location nearby grocery, restaurants and very close distance to the airport good for travelers. Plus a free upgrade to a suite if reserved rooms are unavailable.

There isn't much that I didn't like apart from the white window shutters during sunny hours. And the endless noise of planes when windows are open.

Position is very convenient to metro

Rooms soundproofness could be improved. If you are nearby elevator and you have sleeping issue, it may easily affect your sleep quality. Rooms look tired and in neeed of renovation.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff couldn't be more helpful and welcoming and friendly. All of them. I would just make it a policy to serve your guests tea and coffee for free in the lobby if they ask for it. It wouldn't cost you a lot and would be a super nice touch. We loved that there was a fridge, microwave, glasses and plates available in a corner downstairs.

Should offer tea and coffee to guests for free in the lobby downstairs. We arrived before we could check in or had a chance to exchange currency. A complimentary coffee whilst we recovered in the lobby would have been perfect. But your staff were good enough to say we could pay for it later when we had sorted ourselves out anyway.

An OK hotel for a business travelers, needs refreshing. I would rank it as a 2.5 star hotel

Friendly and efficient staff. Temperature was good throughout the hotel. Proximity to airport and the local #36 bus takes only 5 minutes.

Bathroom: Very small and cramped. Shower water pressure too low. Bedroom: Would benefit from newer mattresses. Food: Scrambled eggs could be much better quality. Bacon too burnt for 2 of 4 breakfasts. No food available after breakfast, but there are 2 small supermarkets and 4/5 cafe-restaurants nearby.

Disappointing

Clean room, good size, friendly staff.

My room was close to the elevator shaft (although not even the closest, feel bad for my "neighbour") and every time one of the 3 elevators were in use it sounded like I was sitting right next to a busy road with busses going by every 30 seconds. Needless to say I did not get a lot of sleep.

renovate the rooms for that price, add toiletries.

Nice, helpful stuff, extremely slow though. Breakfast ok. Internet OK.

Room not renovated for many years. stains on the carpet, loose parts etc. In the bathroom no toothbrush, paste, very simple shower dispenser with semi-quality soap (no toiletries). Old bathroom, clean though. Taking my card number as a deposit in case 'of damage' though no doing this with other customers in front of me.

Good value and convenient with the new Metro nearby.

Nice large room with a good wet room bathroom. Beds were large and comfortable, I would guess the rooms were quite recently refurbished. There was a good TV but very limited channels but this was corrected overnight.

The shower drain was blocked. The soap dispenser was empty, this was rectified when I went to reception and got a replacement but I had to replace it my self in the dispenser. There was only 1 member of staff available

reasonable hotel close to the airport, in a distance from the city. The metro station nearby is very helpful to the city and also to the airport. Basic room, basic breakfast. Clean. There are some place to eat and drink nearby but this is not the city.

It's not the best but it served its purpose. The rooms are pretty old.We stayed there the night before our flight.

Be careful and register your car with them right away. We got a ticket in the 10 minutes it took us to check in to our room and take the luggage upstairs.

Very helpfull staff Nice breakfast, few items for every necessities but high quality (which for me is the best) and with gluten free bread available under request. Clean and big room
