I have stayed here many times. Love the design and the location
This is a beautifully considered design, right down to the room numbers.
The Marriot brand is not looking after that - the rejig of reception is poor; mini bar fridges with nothing in. Rooftop bar that’s a restaurant you have to book and can’t just go and see the view…

A metro and bus services are close to the hotel. So travelling to the city was easy. Since Field's shopping mall is nearby, it was easy to get some stuff. Our stay was so comfortable.

Very convenient location, just a few minutes from Bella Center metro station, with easy connections to both the city centre and the airport. The area felt very safe.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had a great view towards Copenhagen, especially from the higher floors.
The breakfast area felt too small for a hotel of this size and was a bit too crowded. The hotel does advise guests to have breakfast early, around 6–7 AM, when it is less busy, but I would expect to be able to have breakfast at a normal time without having to plan around overcrowding or sit uncomfortably close to the next table.
Our room was very close to the elevators, and we could hear all six of them operating continuously. You might want to ask for a room further away on the corridor.
The reception seemed understaffed, especially at checkout, when long queues formed. If you're heading to the airport, make sure to allow at least an extra 30 minutes just for checking out.
Communication was disappointing. Our flight was diverted and we messaged the hotel through Booking to let them know we would be arriving later than planned, but received no reply at all. We tried via phone, but it didn't work either - we reached the international Marriott network at the number listed on Google maps. A bit unsettling, but we still found someone at reception - as it works 24/7.

It was spacious, quiet and somewhat ok
My air conditioning wasnt working so couldnt sleep properly , Cleaning staff didnt clean the rooms properly , no new towels, you come back to dirty room or the room as you leave. Tea and coffee wasnt refilled everyday, electricity plugs werent even where they supposed to be, to Iron your cloths you have to duck down and find the plug underneath table. Bed wasnt confy for the price.
