We were staying here for the half marathon and it was a great location for the race and getting around the city
Trains were noisy but that can’t be helped and we were aware of this. The hotel provided ear plugs which is a good idea

Reception personnel was very kind and responsive. I liked the location being close to Half Marathon start/finish and being close to public transport. The noise of the railway was actually low and did not disturb us at all. Breakfast food was of good taste, especially the coffee, bread and pancakes.
The price was outrageously high for a Four Sleeper room in this 3 star hotel at well over 400 euro per night (incl breakfast and cancellation option). Yes admittedly this was the case for all hotels in Copenhagen during this Half Marathon weekend. Also, bathroom/shower could be cleaned better. A mini-fridge is missing in the room. Breakfast facilities were understaffed. I would have rated the hotel only a 5 due to these issues (especially the price), but the positive notes are lifting it to a 7 overall.

We had a wonderful stay at Go Hotel Østerport. The rooms were very clean, and our towels were replaced daily. The location is excellent, with a train and metro station right in front of the hotel, making it very easy to get around Copenhagen. The hotel also offers bicycles for rent, which was a great option for exploring the city. It is also located in a safe and pleasant area. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

My room was ready when i arrived and i was served imediately. I also enjoyed the gym. Position can be considere dboth and advantage and a disadvantage. As an advantage it was close to the train station-easy to reach and also in walking distance for most of the sightseeings. Also markets are close by, open until late
Although right next to the train station, there was no provision for soundproofing. Also althogh i have to admit that some of the personel were really helpful and supportive, that was not the general case. Additionally i was charged for luggage storage, after leaving the room, which in general is a service freely provided. Last but not least the space arrangement is kind of strange and there is no lifts for persons with mobility limitations, or at least i did not manage to find them.
