Emplacement idéal mais spartiate.

Le petit-déjeuner est pharaonique, bravo ! La sécurité des accès aux chambres via la carte. L’hôtel est relativement silencieux.

Il n’y avait pas d’étagères pour poser ses vêtements, je ne sais pas pour les autres chambres, seul un support pour une valise et nos vestes ! La poubelle de la salle de bains n’était pas vide…

Muy buen desayuno y ubicacion

Cama muy angosta y colchón con bastante uso. Me cai de la cama. Además el ultimo día nos retirábamos a las 07 hs y consultamos si nos daban desayuno, ya que comenzaba a las 07:30 hs y nos informaron que no daban desayuno. Por lo tanto perdimos el desayuno que teníamos contratado para el ultimo día. La mayoría de los hoteles en el mundo te preparan desayuno cuando el checkIn se realiza antes del horario de desayuno.

The staff were very nice and the breakfast was perfect.

It is comfortable and nice invetories. The breakfast was super.

Great location

Location was good, easy check in/out, good quality on the breakfast. Safety felt good with room key needed to access floors.

The shower door couldn't close, so water was everywhere. The breakfast area was super crowded and chaotic. There were only 2 pillows in the room. Limited tv stations.

Dejligt med værelse mod gårdmiljø, det gav en rigtig god ro og en endnu bedre søvn, klar til næste dag..så meget fint værelse... God stor seng... Flot morgenmadsbuffet...stort udvalg, meget positivt... God kaffe 👍👍

Der kunne godt have været elkedel, med diverse tilbehør til varme drikke på værelset... Det havde været rart...

Definitely an option to consider if you’re visiting to explore the city as it’s in an ideal location.

Good location. Excellent breakfast selections and plenty of staff that were very efficient cleaning tables and replenishing supplies. We had the 7.30-8.30am slot which wasn’t overly busy however the sitting from 8.30am was extremely busy and there were queues at the drink stations, but there are several hot and cold stations so people didn’t seem to have wait very long. They also had takeaway cups next to coffee machines which was good for taking your second coffee out with you. A short walk of around 5 minutes had you at the central train station and close to many attractions. Staff pleasant and friendly. You could also get a selection of hot and cold food throughout the day and the bar area is nice. Comfy sofas in the room outside the gym.

We didn’t have any complaints during our stay.

Disappointment

Breakfast very good, but too crowded, tables put too close one to another, not easy to navigate between people and tables with dishes and cups.

folded bed for our child took all the place once was unfolded and it wasn't possible to reach normally the main bed.

OK for a short stay

Really good selection for breakfast. Nice staff. Very handy location.

Temperature control in our room wasn't working. The room was very warm even though it was mid March. Our mattress was also very bouncy so we woke each other up during the night shifting sides.

Il fatto che le pulizie vengano fatto ogni 4 giorni .. sinceramente più che ecologia ci vedo un risparmio da parte dell’hotel ! Nelle stanze la mancanza degli armadi a mio parere non va bene

Für einen Kurztrip reicht es, für das Geld bzw günstiger in Barcelona, Paris besser gewohnt

Der Eingangsbereich war sehr schön und das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und vielfältig. Leider nur normaler Kaffee und kein Cappuccino, aber war auch ok ☺️ die Lage war auch Top, Nähe Hbf sehr gute Anbindung zwischen Flughafen und Hauptbahnhof

Kein Schrank im Zimmer, sehr kleines Zimmer, vielleicht dann doch lieber für ein größeres Zimmer entscheiden. Das Bett war sehr weich und bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung ist der andere durchgerüttelt worden, aber man konnte trotzdem einigermassen gut drin schlafen. Die Dusche war auch ziemlich eng.

All in all a decent experience, but...

Very good location- it is located 5 minutes away from Copenhagen Central Station - making getting around very easy. The breakfast was excellent and the staff extremely pleasant and welcoming, the room although small it had a very comfortable bed. All in all a decent experience.

While the hotel in general is nicely decorated and general facilities and areas are modern, I believe the rooms (or at least certain types of rooms) could use a bit of love. The floor in my room was cracking when I would step on it so in order not to bother the other rooms/neighbors at night I had to avoid stepping in certain places. The bathroom was also a bit sub-par (shower head covered in calcium deposits from hard water, the bathroom door was really dirty and the paint was missing in a lot of places, the shower head rack was missing elements, and the general shower area could have been cleaner ). I think for a short stay these things can be somewhat ignored, but for longer stay one would definitely expect more.

The best location if in Vesterbro, very close to a lot of tourist attractions and the train station.

The best part of the hotel is the location. It is just a 10 min walk from the central train station and can be easily accessible. Centrally located with many options to dine in Vesterbro. Offers a good spread for the breakfast as well and very friendly staff.

The bath / shower could have been much better. Hardly any space to wriggle and leaves the bathroom floor wet after a shower.

Frühstückt hat uns gut gefallen, sehr reichhaltig. Die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr zentral.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer was noch nicht renoviert war. Also Badewanne mit Brause anstatt Dusche.

Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. Leuke, sfeervolle inrichting. Geen geluidsoverlast. Veel aandacht voor duurzaamheid en het milieu.

Exceptional

It is really great hotel for its price. The property is really big with amazing atrium and awesome breakfast. The rooms are clean and the personal is very helpful. I would recommend to stay in this hotel to anybody.

It is a bit confusing to find your room at first, since the property is really big with many rooms and the numbering of the rooms is not as logical as it could be.

Room was nice, clean and cozy. Breakfast was great.. there is a gym , but we didn't try it. Location is very good, near the central train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Luggage storage is included.

There were no hangers and the room was pretty dark, because the lights are poor.

A good choice for a short stay in the city

The location is great. Very close to city center. The rooms are okay. Very clean.

One time there was only a single guy in the reception desk. With a very long line before him. In addition, the beds were okay, but not ideal.
