Our favourite place to stay in Copenhagen, great location and great vibes.
Nice atmosphere, room and friendly staff. Convenient location.

+ location
+ breakfast
+ staff were all lovely
+ great sleep: comfortable bed, quiet (some reviews mentioned the venue across the road, which appeared to be either closed or just very quiet. My room was on the courtyard side and I didn’t hear a thing)
+ good value (it’s all relative, Copenhagen is expensive)
+ offered a very reasonable price for early check-in and upgraded room
+ had one minor issue with the shower which I reported to reception as I went out for lunch and it was resolved by the time I returned
- bedrooms were plain and a little dated, but still perfectly comfortable, spacious, and clean

Excellent location & helpful staff
Room felt too warm

The location was great, very central and close to the metro. The building and common areas were beautiful, and breakfast was very good, with a generous selection and plenty of choice.
Unfortunately, the room was a big disappointment. It was quite cold, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, the shower leaked and there wasn’t even a bath mat. Worst of all, the room had a persistent unpleasant smell. Given the price, I expected a much higher standard and really don’t think it was good value for money.
