A nice quiet room. Couldn't hear a thing
The location. This is very much hotel central with several big hotels in a strip mall not pretty !

Breakfast was great. Superior room was spacious enough for us. Location was good too but about 30mins walk from main city.
Play room was absolutely perfect, a godsend if you have a toddler! Always clean and well equipped. Outdoor playground was small but also good.
Cleaning had to be booked and when they did clean it was sub par. Floors remained dirty for a couple of days.
Lighting is controlled by one main switch for the bedroom and bathroom, kids were disturbed when anyone went to the bathroom and full lights in the bedroom would turn on. What a terrible idea!
Don’t like having to book a breakfast slot the night before and it says reservation only for 45mins which is high pressure for a family with young kids. Thankfully the man at the entrance of the restaurant kindly reassured me we could stay as long as we liked which was helpful. With two young kids we always exceeded the 45mins slot.

Not much
Not a 4 star. Didn’t feel clean. Rooms only cleaned once every 4 days by default. Environment quite soulless.
