The staff, the decor and the location.
Executive lounge not ooen earlier in the day. The lounge was quite messy at times and very little supply in snacks at certain times.

Easy to check in online which saved a lot of time waiting at reception. Clean, good location, lovely breakfast and staff were very nice.

Location, style.
Some common areas on the ground floor were restricted and not available to all guests, the available space was much smaller than it should be, insufficient.
The toppers moved around on the beds reducing the level of comfort.
The sound proofing wasn’t good.
