Everything. A lovely hotel, excellent facilities, incredibly quiet, with wonderful staff.
I liked everything.
Perhaps two comments, a rug by the bed would have been appreciated, and while the lighting is very nice for general ambience, it is too low/dull for tasks, even with all lights turned on. I had to sit by the window to read or apply make up, which made these things difficult to do in the evenings.

Location was good, bar and public spaces downstairs were cool. Breakfast had some vegan offerings but had to ask for vegan proteins from the chef (wasn't part of the general buffet) and took at least 15-20 mins to come. Liked the restaurant.
The sink was blocked, the room felt a little dark and depressing, hallway carpet needed a good scrub, no room service unless you go downstairs to pick it up (which is inconvenient sometimes), the room booking said city view but there wasn't any.
