The Hotel is very comfortable with very attentive and friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and breakfast very good. The lounge area was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant The Shrimp was excellent with great food, wine and service. The hotel is close Nyhavn, the Amalienborg palaces and Christianshavn district. Everything else is well within walking distance or accessible via the metro which is easy to use with the DSB App. Will come back.

Location, breakfast, outdoor seating, friendly staff
Not so keen on being guided towards online check-in, check out and keys on an app. The room lighting was more confusing than I would have anticipated.

Location is good, close to center yet not in a busy/noisy street. Easy access to hotel and a number of restaurants around
The hotel is way too dark, not enough light . Dark reception, restaurants, rooms…
