The location was great and the apartment was lovely and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay there and would be happy to come back again.
We did not love the breakfast as it was not really kid friendly. Kids like very basic stuff and it was more like fine dining. Even when they had pancakes, the Nutella did not taste like normal Nutella. Kids are very fussy about stuff like that. We were very excited about having a toaster in the apartment, but when we tried to use it, it was smoking. We were therefore too scared to use it. When we used the shower the first time, my daughter found someone else's hair near the drain of the shower indicating that it maybe hadn't been cleaned properly between guests. There was a broom but no dustpan.

Nice location with lots of restaurants not far away, quiet area with supermarket nearby. Spacious room with well equipped kitchen and balcony. Large Pool and gym available. Helpful staff.
Not much. More cutlery would be nice. Car park very expensive.

Location is great, very convenient and well connected. The flat is nice as well and we appreciated the doors to separate different areas such as bedroom and kitchen. View from flat is very nice and lot of light coming in.
Cleaning standard not adequate, rugs are very dirty and the floor as well could be cleaner. Dust everywhere too. Kitchen was clean though.

Good location, nice functional rooms with good kitchen and appliances
Understaffed. Had long wait times to get basic service, often no one at reception, had to follow up multiple times simple requests (eg baby nappy bin, bin liners, baby bathtub… all of which should have been provided as it was last time given we had indicated a baby would be with us)
