Room - we were given a bigger room than we thought we were going to get; this was great.
Breakfast - excellent choices and service
Location - ideal for trains and metro as well as for walking to many of the attractions
We had a slight problem with housekeeping, quickly resolved.
Lighting non-existent at working end of the room (desk/kettle. etc), slightly problematic for us.
Air-conditioning only seemed to chill the room, but not warm it, so we switched it off altogether.

Our room was fantastic - such a comfortable bed and the suite had so much space - we loved it!
It was a little backward getting our luggage to the room - two elevators were required - but well worth it once we arrived

Very nice staff, good quality hotel in the city center, close to the central railway station, only few minutes from the downtown and Tivoli. Good quality breakfast.

Firstly, there’s very loud noises at night. Secondly, the water tap has no hot water.
