We has only one reason for not rewarding 10/10 because we asked for two interlinking rooms but we were told at the point of checking in that you have don't have any in the hotel yet you had the very next room. Rooms numbers 605 & 603 are interlinking rooms, yet we were given adjacent rooms 605 & 607. Our reason for requesting was we had two young grandchildren and we wanted them to feel safe !! Further more we requested a twin- bedded room for them but were told hotel doesn't have ANY twin rooms at all!! WE never encountered an hotel which doesn't cater twin-bedded rooms !!

Beautiful property and great location. We had dinner one evening and it was lovely. Room was nice decor.
Service in the bar / restaurant was terrible. The worst out of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Impossible to get service and get the bill.
Our room was facing the street and very noisy at night. Wish we had addressed this on the first evening and tried to get moved.
Overpriced for the experience that was offered. Incredibly disappointed.
