We had a great stay here, and would happily stay here again. The location was perfect. We rented bikes from the hotel and could easily ride everywhere in the city from the hotel. It is also next to a metro stop, so it was super easy to get to the airport. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were small but totally functional, and considering how expensive Copenhagen is- the room was a good deal compared to other places . The staff was super helpful and kind. And they have a dedicated luggage room which we were happy to use before our departure.
The beds were extremely soft, not great for my back. And the only curtains were "black out" curtains- so it was impossible to have the sunlight and full privacy at the same time- having an extra sheer layer of curtains would have been very helpful.

The position is excellent, the breakfast too!
The bathroom is really small, and so is the sink.

The location was very good - close to bus stops and train stations.
The staff at front desk and dining room were very nice and helpful
No AC and it was hot.
No phone in the rooms! You have to go to the front desk every time you need help. Housekeeping would not change towels or clean the bathroom.
