Just nearby the Vesterport Rail Station, the location was within walking distance from the popular Indre District. The room was adequate and the breakfast was generous.
When booking a taxi to the airport through the reception counter, get the confirmation in writing. We booked specifically a taxi that could carry 4 passengers with 4 mid-size luggage and were told it cost DKK290. When the taxi dropped us at the airport, we were charged DKK480, as per the meter reading. We couldn't argue as we had a plane to catch. We left with a bitter taste, even though we enjoyed Copenhagen, despite the testy weather.

The hotel was located a stones throw from Copenhagen main train station and Tivoli Gardens. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was lovely to have daily bottled water, and hot chocolate and coffee sachets. We had a room facing away from the main road which was quiet, so we weren’t disturbed by traffic. The staff were friendly and check in was very efficient. The breakfast had a great variety of hot and continental options, including things like egg, bacon, pancakes, cheeses, breads, juices and yoghurt. It was a budget friendly option and good value for money - would stay again!
The only minor inconveniences were the small size of the bathroom and that the double bed was two twins pushed together.

The location was great. The breakfast was lovely. It is reasonably simple but definitely looks nicer than in the photos

The location was very good - close to bus stops and train stations.
The staff at front desk and dining room were very nice and helpful
No AC and it was hot.
No phone in the rooms! You have to go to the front desk every time you need help. Housekeeping would not change towels or clean the bathroom.
