Opholdet var helt ok.

Jeg blev snydt ved afregningen da vi tog derfra. Der er blevet trukket 2 gange afregning for middagen den 11. april om aftenen. Jeg har forsøgt at få mine penge tilbage . Det drejer sig om 1145 kr. Måske kan denne meddelse hjælpe andet har været uden virkning jeg blev snydt

I have stayed here before and what I like is the consistency - it is always very good

Pretty much everything. Friendly and helpful staff; cleanliness; location (near a Metro station); safe and secure. I enjoyed a wonderful hassle free few days at your hotel.

Nothing is on my mind in this regard. A compliment…!

Great location, but make sure all the guest elevators work first.

The room was nice and the view would have been spectacular if the day hadn't ben very foggy. Breakfast OK, though would have wished for more coffee drinks. For a Swede the Danish coffee is much to weak so being able to order some cappuccino or espresso is needed.

The hotel was very booked with theater guests (I think) but only ONE elevator was working and there were no stairs to use either. That meant long waits sometimes and was not acceptable in my view.

Great hotel 2 stops far from city centre

The room was big enough and well equiped. Breakfast was great, many type of tee, juices and local pastries. Location is perfect close to metro "red/green/yellow" lines, easy to reach the city centre (only 2 stops away). We run the Half-marathon and the start was in front of the building (for us was perfect) Cleaning: You need to ask for cleaning (saving the nature, I loved the idea)

Breakfast: I was there for running CPH (Half-marathon), so I missed banana from breakfast (hotels close to running events will usually take care of that for this special occassion). Bathroom older people will have difficulties to step in the bathtub (too high). Cleaning: You need to ask for cleaning (saving the nature, I loved the idea) that means no room cleaning at all. So if you need that, need to ask on time. Location: Fancy area, that's why we didn't find a restaurant in the neighborhood (on weekend/half-marathon) everywhere was fully booked. So reservation in advance is neccessary.

Odalar çok kirliydi. Temizlik için bir gün önceden randevu almanız gerekiyor ve ancak bunun için verdimleri kod çalışmadığı için resepsiyondan halledebildik. Temizlik gününde kirli havlularımız değişmemişti. Bunun yanı sıra odada dolap yoktu, 3 günlük seyahat için katlandık ama her şey yerde bavulda kaldı. Öyle ki palto için açıktaki 3 askıdan birisi temizlikte alındığı için birimizin paltosunu asamadık.

super Lage, modernes Hotel!

modernes Hotel und gute Lage, sehr nah bei Metro Friederiksberg. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet.

zu wenig Sitzplätze beim Frühstückbuffet. das Zimmer für 3 Personen ist sehr klein, obwohl wir ein „Superior“ offeriert hatten. Für 2 Personen wäre es super.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Stadtbesichtigung

Sehr gute Lage mit schneller Anbindung zur U-Bahn, ruhige Zimmer mit komfortablen Betten, gute Auswahl beim Frühstück - auch für Veganer oder Vegetarier

Ablagemöglichkeit im Zimmer sind überschaubar, Zimmergrösse auch eher optimal genutzt, Zimmerservice muss aus Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit jeden Tag gebucht werden

Not worth the money

1. The room is clean. 2. The staff is friendly. 3. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of food choices. We can make our own waffles. The bar and restaurant are also very nice. 4. The hotel is closed to the metro station and city centre.

1. The room is not spacious. It can only accommodate beds, nothing else. We can barely open up our luggage in the room. As shown in the picture, there should be a desk in the room, but it didn't exist. 2. The kettle was dirty. The staff tried to replace one for me, which was another dirty one. I booked two rooms. Kettle, tea, and coffee were not provided in one of the rooms. This was not I expected for a decent hotel.

Perfect location

The hotel couldn't be better situated. There is a metro station right next to the hotel, which can get you to any of the big tourist attractions rapidly. The hotel was clean and smart, with friendly staff who gave great recommendations.

The room was very hot on the first night - but the staff did clarify the issue. The air cooling system won't work unless you close the window - so don't make the same mistake I did!

It was good.

Our flight home was cancelled and resulted in us staying for one night only while we waited for another flight home. Our stay was short and we had no time to relax and look round.

The hotel location was the main selling point for us and it didn't disappoint a mere 3 mi walk and we were able to access the metro, there is also a bus stop a few feet away if that is more your speed. Our room was spacious and very 4 (especially the pillows). I had some of the best sleep in all my travels. The staff are friendly and helpful, they were also multilingual, which made conversing very seemless. For fitness enthusiasts, there is a small gym which does have all the basic equipment one would need to get a good workout done. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend.

Not necessarily a dislike, but please be aware that the bathrooms are not on the large size. And though varied in choice, breakfast does become repetitive; at least it did for us after day 2. It was all still very delicious.

Fantastic! Look no further, this is the one to book.

Room was great! Comfortable bed, clean, great city view, best breakfast have had at a Hotel!! So much to choose from with high quality ingredients. Location is excellent. Would totally recommend to stay here. Would absolutely return.

Some issues with usb port in the room, but staff were absolutely fantastic!

Pleasant

The room that we booked was very noisy (we heard neighbours above using the bathroom several times in the middle of the night, the entrance for deliveries was right below our window etc.) and the staff changed it for us, despite hotel being fully booked (the staff - 10/10). The location was nice, close to the metro, park, a lot of dining options.

The second family room was less noisy but very small. If 3 people are staying, there is no space for your luggage. Overall, we felt that the hotel was very overpriced. You are essentially paying for the area. Copenhagen has a very good metro system, so you can stay further away and get better quality for less, at least this was our experience.

Pleasant hotel with great service

Very friendly staff, nice room with a comfortable bed and excellent breakfast buffet. We had a wonderful time and are sure to recommend to our friends and family.

Just one thing, The bath was quite deep (maybe about 70 cm above from the ground) and relatively narrow to step in between the wall and glass window. My friend and I are still young/able and only needed to pay attention not to slip but this seems not to be very convenient for elderly people.

The employees are TOP! Very friendly, communicative and helpful. They make us feel so comfortable, every single of our wishes was fulfilled. I even ordered wedding cake from The Green Room Restaurant in the very last day (3 days before our wedding day, which was impossible to do anywhere else, but they did! And made the cake exactly like the cake I wish just by sending an example picture! Amazing! Thank you very much!! 😊🙏🏻👍🏻 The location is really close to EVERYTHING! We reach everything we need by feet, from Town Hall, supermarket, restaurants, shopping centre, metro station... everything was just around the hotel. If anyone planned to get married in Frederiksberg, this hotel is very recommeded!. Breakfast is great! They offer so many things! Coffee, tea, milk (organic, normal, lactose free,, and vegan), orange and apple juice,l ginger shot, breads, spreads, warm eggs selection (boiled, omelette, scrambled), sausages, fresh vegetables, joghurt, danish patries...

The standard room is very small! But maybe that's enough for everyone who travels alone or not too much spending time in room. We did, cause, as we got married, we want to be together with our family and friends in the room. So we moved to Family Room and it was perfect! The room colour is very dark, it looks dirty cause we can see the dust everywhere. The bed- and blanket sheets. They should be 100% cotton (bed, blankets and pillows). They were uncomfortable.
