We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, in a great area and very close to the metro, which made it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay: delicious, fresh, and incredibly varied. There was a fantastic selection of fresh fruit, meat, and everything else you could wish for. The freshly baked, still-warm bread was especially amazing!
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was always clean and well-organized. We were absolutely delighted with our stay and would happily come back again!

Lovely lobby and reception area and the reception staff were impeccable and very friendly. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, in a hotel, we had the best nights sleep.
Bathroom was a little bit shabby, could do with a bit of a revamp.
And there was no tea and coffee facilities in the room for the morning.

The staff was amazing! Always helpful. The bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Great restaurants nearby. Recommend!
Sadly, the towels were not that great. Check in was not very flexible even if early arrival was selected. It was 4 pm, and we weren't able to check in until at least 3. Pretty exhausted from an overnight flight and having to wait 3 hours and told to check back in 30 minutes or an hour a couple of times wasn't the best.

Breakfast was good, variety of food and good quality of it.
Very helpful stuff.
Dirty carpets in corridors. Dirty floor in the room. Blocked drainage in the shower, causing water flooding bathroom. Lack of body lotion in bathroom. No minifridge in the room. Poor quality iron which did not fit for purpose.
