It was the first time that I enjoyed coming to the hotel and spent there the rest of my day.
It was very comfortable and relaxing and I enjoyed every minute there.
I wish I could visit it again!

The ambience, decor and free coffee
The beds were not too cmfortable and the shower grill was slow to drain so hairs arose- not nice.

We stayed at the Moxy Copenhagen for four nights, and unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay.
The first issue was the bathroom. Whenever we ran the tap, there was a strong sewer smell that quickly spread throughout the entire bathroom, which was very unpleasant.
In addition, our room was not cleaned for two days until we complained to reception. Only after raising the issue were we moved to a different room.
The breakfast was also very disappointing, with poor quality and limited options.
Overall, our experience at the hotel did not meet expectations, and we would not recommend staying here when visiting Copenhagen.
