Great sized room in a perfect location close to everything beppu has to offer... the standout feature for us was the huge balcony... great for morning breakfast and afternoon beers.
The only letdown was the water pressure in the shower and the shower head itself. Very hard to have a good shower.

It is close to beppu station.
It is also close to downtown and bus stop.
There is people singing outside until late ours, sometimes a bit hard to sleep at night.
The wi-fi did not work at all.
You can hear a lot of noise from upstairs as well.
