Sink was clogged, check-in confusing, disposing of our own garbage was disappointing

View from room was good, location close to Tokyo tower so that was great.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing in several ways. The sink was clogged and not draining, so we were unable to use it throughout our two night stay. The check-in process via the tablet at the entrance was also confusing and we would have preferred a more personal welcome from the staff (like our other stays in Japan). I also did not like having to dispose of our own garbage, as this is not something I have experienced at other accommodations. Overall, we had a decent stay, but these issues made the experience less comfortable than expected.

Easy access, great locations, comfortable mattress, had a great stay!

2 more pillows would be better as they were quite small and soft. Washing machine is good but drying setting didn’t dry enough and then nowhere to dry clothes.

Close to the Tokyo tower, open and light room with tall ceiling

Thin walls & next to major roads so the racers kept me up all night. The bed was not so comfortable and lacked basics like bedside lamps and sockets. The bathroom tv did not work.
