The open-concept main floor is a masterpiece of design, featuring a grand living room with a cozy fireplace, a dining area ideal for entertaining, and a massive kitchen—all boasting breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains.
The lower level is a hub of fun and relaxation, complete with a fully equipped game room and two of the master suites. For an elevated experience, the top floor houses an incredible Master Suite with its own private deck and firepit, providing a serene space to unwind while enjoying the panoramic views.
Step outside to discover multiple decks designed for leisure and entertainment. The main deck, accessible from the kitchen and living area, offers a perfect spot for dining, relaxing, or grilling against the stunning mountain backdrop. The expansive covered deck on the lower level features a luxurious hot tub, comfortable seating, a firepit, and engaging activities like cornhole and life-sized Jenga.
Indoors, Three Oaks Cabin provides endless entertainment with a pool table, shuffleboard, Pac-Man console, poker set, and a wide selection of games. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, and the cabin offers high-speed wireless internet for your convenience.

Our stay was very nice, property was clean and well stocked. Several amenities like hot tub weren’t used but were available. Beds were very comfortable. Overall a good experience

Everything was perfect for our family of 4! We loved the layout, view and all communications were quick and easy. The hot tub and game room were the favorite. We can’t wait to come back
