View from the room was great. Comfortable beds.

This small modern hotel is very quirky, and the architecture is rather unusual. The view from the room over the bay was amazing. It is ideally located in the middle of Bai Xep, which is a great place to stay for a couple of days. Also the breakfast was really good.
Some of the people at the reception were very helpful and friendly, but unfortunately some were rather grumpy which is a pity.

The hotel was really cute nestled in the center of the fishing village. A very unique experience! Had an elevator and a swimming pool which was a bonu!
Not knowing that you can't get to the hotel by taxi which made pick up and drop off complicated. One receptionist really could not speak any english and used google translate which ended up actually complicating communication.

Good location right by the beach.
Entrance was dark and gloomy.
Staff were not very receptive after a long train journey and early start. There was no replies to correspondence in the build up to staying there and when we got there we got a bad feeling about the place. So we ended up not staying here. The price was the same as the resort next door, so we cancelled our booking, took the hit and went there.
